Expert coaching to help you use technology to increase your efficiency!

After I have completed your coaching Assessment and we have agreed upon your goals and action plan, I will support you as you implement those plans. I do this by working with you in person as well as remotely via video and telephone conferences.

How I work with you

You've heard talk of virtual relationships, strategic partnerships and seamless outsourcing -- well, that's not just what I deliver to my clients, it's the way I do business.  It is efficient, it saves us time, and it saves you money -- you only pay for services, when you need them. Think of it like having your own personal expert right there with you but without the expense. It's called collaborative technology and there are a variety of different technologies that I use to facilitate meeting with you.  Depending upon your needs, I will select the appropriate technologies to allow us to meet regularly and exchange information.  These may include: video conferencing, data conferencing, PC remote control as well as telephone and fax.  (I have 12 complete video conferencing systems available for free loan to my active clients.)

In addition to the real-time technologies listed above, you and I will also communicate via e-mail, discussion databases and our in-house customer relationship management (CRM) system. This system allows total communication 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Faxes, voice messages and video messages can be accessed at any time and with complete database access, the communication process is established.

Whether at 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning in California (it happens) or at 7:30 Wednesday night in Chicago, you and I will have complete access to projects and information.  If you want to go back to find out how and why anything was done, it's there. Not only does this keep costs down, but it also reduces the process of communication to practically a non-issue.

Also included in my telecoaching package, is a full set of workbooks and timelines for individual project and action item completion.  Every phase of communication and progress is fully documented and archived for the life of the client relationship.  This allows a retrospective view of how the initial vision has "materialized."
